Join us for an evening celebrating a merge of Japanese culture, cuisine, and local ingredients all while learning about the complex world of sake and catching up on our recent adventures in Japan! This delicious 5 course dinner and sake pairings, collaborated with Koshu Sake Bar, includes education on sake, from growing the rice to the styles in the bottle, as well as photos and stories from our trip to Japan, Japanese music, culture, and more!
